Accessibility
Wheelchair user seats are not fixed in the Knight´s Hall. When purchasing the tickets, please inform our staff if you want to visit the concerts with a wheelchair. So appropriate seats can be selected.
Husum Castle has a barrier-free side entrance (fixed ramp). The concert hall is located on the 1st floor and can be reached by a lift.

Ticket sale
Please note:
Festival 2020 has been canceled due to the SARS Co-V2 / Covid 19 coronavirus. Concert tickets for 2020 cannot be purchased.

The ticket sales for the 2021 festival have not been fixed yet, subscriptions are expected to be available from the end of March 2021, single tickets will be available from the end of April 2021. We will inform you in good time about the sales start.

Ticket orders for single tickets of any kind received by us before official start of ticket sale, will be processed only at the beginning of the pre-sale and are deemed to have been received at this time. Later orders are processed in the order of receipt.
Upon receipt of your order you will receive a written confirmation from us, combined with a payment request. After payment, the tickets will be mailed to you (if mailing was selected, otherwise the tickets will remain for collection at the box office).
Before receiving a request for payment, we ask you to refrain from making payments.

Charges
Prices are quoted plus 10 % charge for advance booking.
Tickets can be picked up at box office before the concert.
If tickets will be send to you by mail we charge postage and packing with1 € (Germany), 2 € (Europe), 3 € (World).

Reduction
Reduction for pupils and students and persons in volunteer Service.
10 % reduction for tickets from Monday-Friday for owners of NDR Kultur Karte (limited number of tickets available).
10 % reduction for single tickets for members of “VR Bank Westküste”.
People with disablities pay the regular ticket Price. For one accompanying Person (note B in the certificate of severly disabled persons), admission to the concerts is free of charge.

Cancellation
We reserve the right to change the programme and the line-up. Claims for compensation cannot be made from this. The purchase price can be refunded only if the particular concert is cancelled generally.

Data protection
Personal data are used by the Foundation Nordfriesland exclusively for processing the ticket order and is passed only for this purpose to the commissioned Service Provider for ticket sales

Prohibition of records
It is not permitted to make any kind of recordings on image and/or sound carriers or other carriers (e.g. photographs, sound or video recordings) during the event.
